The building is still there, the room seemed to have some props and a track when I was there a couple of years ago. From my understanding is they wanted to open it as an area with a Pirate Ship ride which they ordered and then had to return due to issues with the ride after it was installed. I don't know why they didn't just ope the ride I mean they opened the small splash bad that I in the general area.

I agree. It's possible they still have a few more things to add and have been putting off their purchase. They really did overextend themselves with the quick expansion.

They did at least open the Sprayground.

The outside has no theming. It's basically an add on to the old Cran Central building form the park's days and an active farm.
