I am afraid this is just the first of many more to come.  The distancing and sanitizing it would take to safely open this summer is probably beyond what many parks could handle.  The Florida parks look like they are getting ready to try to open.  Virtual line technology that some already have would be a boon with the distancing.  There is also talk of only allowing 30% of capacity.  That could make a profit or even breaking even very tough.  It is feeling like a long summer in store without coasters for the first time in almost 20 years. :(

I hear 50% but let's stick to funtown

This is actually the second park in new England to announce its now opening Candia Springs Water Adventure Park already announced it is not operating in 2020 and may not reopen in 2021.

I can get it a little bit Funtown operates a very short season. Pretty sure they close first-weekend n September so they would have to get the park prepared and ready then staffed for 2 months of operation assuming there is no bad weather.
