Not sure what world you're looking out. Outside of a couple of states parks are still shut down. In every phased reopening amusement and theme parks are in the last phase. why because they rely on high crowds that spend pretty much there whole day bunched together.
Chances of them winning are slim to none. Not to mention they are going to fork out thousands of dollars they aren't bringing in.
Ohio seems to be ahead on many things from what I can see.
May 21: Inside service at restaurants and bars (plus carryout)
May 21: Campgrounds
May 22: Horse racing
May 26: Ohio BMV offices (five offices are open for essential services)
May 26: Gyms, fitness centers, and tennis clubs
May 26: Community swimming pools
May 26: Non-contact sports such as baseball and softball
May 31: Child care centers
May 31: Day camps
Still up in the air:
Movie theaters, casinos, amusement parks, zoos, museums
Now one write up said waterparks could open which would make it even harder for them to win. But if any Ohio residents feel put out ook at the restrictions here in New England. That aside many parks are looking at a July opening range.
