And Balder!  I prefer Helix, but Balder has some fantastic sustained ejector on most hills.  Think of Superman's 4th hill over and over again.

I've never been to SFNE or Liseberg so I have no idea what you're talking about. My Superman is a flying coaster and I hate El Toro.

In a wheel seat, it definitely has some spine-compressing jolts (it's a roughness unlike any other I've experienced) but it's still smoother than most woodies.  In a non-wheel seat, it's still extremely reridable for me.
