Happy New Years & UPDATE!
« on: January 02, 2020, 04:30:39 pm »
I want to wish everybody a safe and Happy New Year!

I also wanted to give everybody an UPDATE and goals for 2020 for SFNEONline and of course, this will also be a call to everyone who wants to help SFNEOnline grow and Jsut bring back the old days in the forums, as well as create new memories!

* I want to make sure that everybody who comes into the forums has a great experience! I also want to bring back the fun that we used to have on the forums for SFNEOnline, with a bunch of promotional pushes I will do this year!

* We are going to work on have Three Meet Ups this year, 1 for Opening Day, 1 For Fright Fest and One for Holiday In The Park!  I would like to get an SFNEOnline Day in the works again, but we need to prove to the park that it's worth doing so we need to get about 150-200 people to want to come.  We can also try for different parks as well in the New England Region, but We really need to come out in full force!

* The Grove Show is going to have some changes as we take the next three weeks off as we update The Room for the podcast, We are going to work on the tech side to get people on the show via SKYPE and have more guests on the show.

* As for YOUTUBE we are going to put a focus on more viewer requested type on content! So if there is something we do not cover that you would like to see let us know as we are starting to add more people to SFNEOnline! I have been watching what gets views and what doesn't and work towards what people do want to see!  Will there be some stuff that viewers may not like? of course, but if its something you don't like you can always skip and check out what you do enjoy!
I had stopped doing VLOG style videos because some were totally against it, but a lot more people miss the, so we will add it back to the channel!  At the end of the day, I just want to bring the fun back, no drama and just enjoy what I like to do!

* We are going to be hitting more New England Parks and Park like attractions in 2020, along with some other Parks around the country!

* If you would like to help out at SFNEOnline please feel free to let me know! We always need people who want to help write blogs and news articles, create videos and help us promote SFNEOnline! If you feel you can do so, please do not be afraid to message me!

I hope everyone had a great Holiday Season and see you guys soon!

There are a lot of things in the works.  Some I don't want to speak on, just incase they do not happen, but some cool things for the benefit for the fans of the website, some just because I want to do them lol  I want to be able to try different things and see what works, what doesn't work, etc  I don't know, unless I try.

Everybody that knows me, knows I like to entertain, im a smart ass, but truthful and like to have fun! If I see people enjoying stuff, then of course I will continue and of course try  my best to have fun, bring news, entertainment, talk about what people want to talk about. Its like with the Grove Show. I create a list of main topics, always veers off because of topics that matter to the viewers, you have seen it and get side tracked constantly, but thats what makes it unique and fun at times, well I think people when they want to see me rant bring up a  topic hahaha

I always make the show about and for the viewer!

As for other things, I truly want to make the site thrive, be fun, but it also needs people to help!

If people are passionate about the site, the parks, etc and a truly about being part of a community and a team and only expect in return entertaining, giving news or talking about topics and the community loves it, thats what it's about. It's not about having a million subscribers on youtube or making boatloads of money, while would be nice, its just about building a community of different backgrounds, but in the end all have one common love for something, which of course is Theme Parks and things surrounding the industry!  Thats what its always been about, that statement did get lost in translation at one point!

I do not care if The Grove Show only has 10 viewers until I die! Its those 10 viewers that make me inspired and communicating to have fun each week!

I want to see these forums flourish like they once didi! I want to expand the content we do for the New England region beyond just Six Flags New England, there are a bunch of parks in the region that should and will get love!

I want attractions across New England that are not just Theme Parks to get love, like Aquariums, Zoos, FEC's Haunted Attractions, etc to get love!

Yes, people want SFNE, SFNE, there is more to this site then just SFNE! And while we will give everybody that, I enjoy other parks and activities and I know other people do as well! So thats what we are going to do! If I loose fans for it, then so be it! If we gain Fans then it's a win win!  I just got tired of falling into the daily trap of one thing and I can take constructive criticism and see what works and doesn't, but then again , it takes people to sit there and help. Lindsay, Charles, John, Cody and many others over the years from the past to the present have contributed to this site, well before I ever came along and I will never take that away form anybody! We built an amazing community over the years and will keep it going for many more! I could never discredit the work that has been done before me, people worked hard to build this and we will continue to do so!
