I'm more focused on the sports that are in season. I'll pay more attention in the fall.

Seems like NFL is never out of season.  Free agents, the draft, mini camp, exhibition season combine to make it in the news 12 months a year.

True, though I really only pay attention to the regular season for scores and playoff potential.

Good Bye Tom Brady.  Wish you luck wherever you go.  You may find that this is a case of the grass being greener if there is a 2020 season.

I'm not all that concerned about 220-2021 sports.

It's his choice but he better hope the team he picks has the players to back him up. The Pats put in a lot of effort putting amazing players in front of him.  A team desperate to pay a lot for a QB may not have the funds to put on the offense he needs.

Going to Tampa. Last year he didn’t have much around him. Tampa on paper is a pretty big improvement.

Except they are still Tampa - winner of 7 games last year.  TB is an upgrade at QB but 30 mil will limit anything else they can do to improve.  The O line there is not awful but not great either. This may not turn out like he would want.

A lot of their games were close and Brady isn’t a turn over machine like Winston. They also have a lot around him signed already.

Have you looked at their schedule for 2020?  GB, Minn, KC, NO twice, Rams, Atl twice, @ Vegas.  TB is an upgrade over Winston but making the playoffs could be tough as the schedule is tougher than 2019.

From what I hear Tampa has a good offense that TB can work with. hopefully, They can beef up the defense to hold of the competition.

It does look like a tough lineup.

Agreed. That’s a tough schedule. Their defense was actually really good especially in the second half of the season. Should be interesting at least.

It will be interesting to see if TB or NE wins more games in 2020. If BB has double digit wins in 2020 with a 2nd year 4th round QB or some castoff QB he will prove his genius again.  If Brady does not get TB to the playoffs he will look foolish for leaving.  Of course, all this depends on there being a season.
