Story Land Queen

I was surprised to see this attraction gone this past weekend.  Did the park give a reason for its removal?

My thought it was the water level since it looks like it has receded quite a bit.

not publicly but thy were at Nor Easter and said this was going to happen

Your right its do to the water level. The boat was bottoming out and one a number of occasion last year the boat was beached and they had to evacuate the ride so the call was made to remove the ride. There is no word on when or if it will ever return.

Thanks, it's sad to see such an iconic ride go but that makes sense if they had to evacuate it and it bottomed out.

That waterway is mostly man-made. I'm hoping if the water level is pore and They plan to only operate the pirate ship they will fill in the area for the swan run and create a new section.

^ If they planned to reopen the swan, I imagine they would have just kept the station in tact but sectioned off.  They converted it into an area with benches and tables.

It's always had some benches. Tables make little to no sense since the closest food is the snack stand built into the castle wall clear across the courtyard.

Personly, I think they should move the storytime with Mother Goose there it's a nicer building that eh old ball pit gazebo the are using now.
