If you are talking about the Rowdy Bear attraction, Sky Glider, it is absolutely not a zipline. Granted it uses a harness but it has wheels running on a fixed steel track - NOT a cable - moving with gravity.  Wheels, fixed track, running on gravity = coaster.

Thanks for the info I really had no clue what he was talking about. 

I have seen photos and video of this atraction and while they are similar they use different tech. but ya, I wouldn't call it a zipline.

Yep and it has a mechanical lift hill to boot.  Granted, the seat is not traditional but all the other elements = coaster IMO.
